Today we know that fears restrict and that confidence projects. Relationships modify our physical and biological structures, influencing our existence . Good contexts generate individuals with better relationships and structural expressions , while bad contexts harm them. What we have experienced has led us to who we are , but we could have been different with more confidence or more experiences of fear.

Learning and knowledge are vital phenomena . "Knowing is a gift of the observer" (H. Maturana). Current teaching focuses on content and leaves aside emotion , which guides coexistence and is essential for learning .

When we learn to speak as children , we do it by observing , imitating and repeating , without knowing what grammar is. My French teaching method follows this principle , starting with practice , which makes it easy to familiarize yourself with the language immediately .
